Common smart home questions
My smart light switches don't work without a neutral wire. Can you help?
Yes. Many older UK properties have wiring that doesn't include a neutral at the switch. This is one of the most common issues with smart switch installations. We can rewire the switch drop to include a neutral, making the switch compatible with most smart systems.
Can you work alongside an AV company or integrator?
Yes. We often work with AV integrators and smart home companies who handle the system programming and hardware, while we handle the electrical infrastructure. We're used to working from AV company specifications and coordinating with other trades.
